You don't need to log in to use the flash tool. Just make sure you have the customization.ini file in the right place, as described in step 4 and 5 on the flash tool <a href="/services/flash-tool/how-to-download-and-install-the-flash-tool/" title="How to download and install the flash tool" rel="nofollow">installation</a> page.
