What a shame there’s still no services/support for Xperia J. My mobile is stuck (can’t login; no keyboard support due to Google search crashed message) and I tried everything: can’t hard reset (tried various button combinations at restart but nothing works), and Sony PC Companion can’t help either since the keyboard doesn’t work so I can’t login. I unlocked the phone. Why is it so hard to reset a phone? I can format a PC by replacing a hardrive
